Opened on December 2007, the first X2 resort is at Kui Buri (pronounced goo-wee boo-ree). Kui Buri is a 3 hour drive south of Bangkok, and half an hour south of the famous beachside resort town of Hua Hin “where the Thai royal family frequently reside”.

The general area is underdeveloped and peaceful with the only communities being local fishing villages. The resort is located on virgin beachfront land covering over 4 acres (12 Rai). The 23 semi private villas each have their own terrace, garden and most with private pools.

The existing landscape of large, well developed trees has been carefully preserved, and provides a unique atmosphere punctuated by large open spaces and unique natural horticulture.

Eve Avatar takes you back to nature with 40 hectares of beautifully landscaped private estate surrounded by fairytale mountains. The resort is close to Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to tigers and elephants. The resort is located by lagoons and a pond. The design is inspired by nearby Khao Pla Ra, a cave that has prehistoric paintings dating back 3,000–5,000 years old. The paintings are recreated in red ochre in the spacious lobby, and the cavernous rooms. The isolated location assures total privacy. For recreation, you can choose between a freshwater pool, saltwater pool, a super-salty pool or a Dead Sea experience. Total peace is assured by a policy of not accepting children under a certain age, as the hotel wants to make your stay as stress-free as possible. The high ratio of workers to guests will ensure that your needs will be promptly anticipated.

Eve Avatar is 40 hectares of beautifully landscaped private estate is nestles in a valley ringed by fairy-tale mountains at Ban-rai district, Uthaithani province, in the southern fringe of Northern Thailand. The resort is within striking distance from the famous Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site home to tigers and elephants. We are about 230 kilometers from Don Muang airport, 3 hours by car, about or 45 minutes by helicopter.

Alila Cha-Am designed by one of Thailand’s leading architects, Duangrit Bunnag, Alila Cha-Am is a tropical getaway that defies convention. Set in the charming coastal town of Cha-Am, on the north west coast of the Gulf of Thailand, this luxurious beachside resort is designed to be a sophisticated and contemporary lifestyle destination. From the grand entrance stairway to the rooftop reflecting pool, every detail is understated yet unforgettable. The Horizon rooms, Garden Terrace rooms and Pool Villas are conceived as personal retreats – spacious and elegant. Privacy is paramount, with intimate hideaways nestled amid sprawling lawns and azure pools.

Alila Cha-Am truly defines style from fine dining in Clouds Loft to Spa Alila and The Red – a cool hangout by day, hip bar by night. Whether chilling out in private or with company, Alila Cha-Am sets the mood for absolute relaxation.

The moment you arrive at Alila Cha-Am, you know you are in for an exquisite experience. The magnificent stairway that greets you climbs up to reveal beautifully landscaped gardens, relaxation and reflection pools, and a labyrinth of private terraces and courtyards, stretching towards the ocean in full view beyond.

The innovative architecture features bold shapes and clean lines softened by the palette of naturally-aged woods, limestone and subtle marble finishes. It’s a stimulating and sensual combination that gives a distinctive contemporary edge to this tropical resort.

You can almost imagine you have the place to yourself – a feeling created by the clever interconnection of open spaces with private pathways and features designed for intimacy such as custom-designed couples cabanas. Through lighting and landscaping, the mood shifts from season to season, from day to night, creating a totally natural environment that brings all the elements into perfect harmony.
